The market of Camelle runs every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 to 13:00 here, next to the Museo de Man, selling clothing, plants, food... This twice-weekly apointment fills the little town with locals and visitors.

During the salvage companies' most prosperous times, between the late 19th and the mid-20th century, there was much more activity. This was due to the fact that the remains of the shipwrecks ended up here too, making of Camelle a sort of international freeport. In fact, a trade route to the port of Vigo in southern Galicia was opened.

From here you can take a walk towards the access to this beautiful U-shaped beach and continue to the top of the village. The remains of Camelle's oldest homes are located in the neighbouhood called Canle.
