Conservators removed these cast lead motifs during restoration work on the entrance sidelights. These flower motifs, used to decorate the sidelights, date to the mid-19th century. The origin of their manufacture is unknown. Ten different styles covered joinery in the wood tracing on the first and second floor. Some of the pieces in place today are original and completely restored, others were recast to match the originals.

What plants do you think these motif are meant to represent? Can you find them on the property?
